You will need: 4 eggs. 1-1/3 cups water. 2/3 cup oil or melted butter. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease pans (or paper liners for cupcakes). Combine 4 eggs, 1-1/3 cups water and 2/3 cup oil. Add cake mix and blend well. For single 9" round or 8" square pan combine: 2 eggs, 13 oz. or just shy of 2 cups mix, 1/3 cup oil and 2/3 cup water and blend well. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Finishing touches: frost with gluten free frosting or just enjoy with some fresh strawberries or raspberries and a sprinkle of confectioners sugar. Pan size - 8" or 9" - 9" x 13" - Capcake. Bake time - 20-28 min - 30-36 min - 15.20 min.
