Pillsbury Classic Fudge Brownie Mix

All you need: 1/4 cup oil, 2 tablespoons water, 1 egg. Baking instructions: 1. Set your oven to 350 degrees F for metal pan. For dark-coated or glass pan, set your oven to 325degrees F. Grease bottom of 8x8 or 9x9-inch pan or spray with no-stick cooking spray. We recommend using Crisco® oil and no-stick cooking spray. 2. Combine brownie mix, oil, water and egg in large bowl; stir 50 strokes with spoon. Spread into greased pan. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F. Follow the bake times below. For dark-coated or glass pan, bake at 325 degrees F. 29-33 minutes for 8x8-inch pan. 27-31 minutes for 9x9-inch pan. Cut and serve when completely cooled. Store covered. Extra thick brownies: grease bottom of 9x9-inch pan. Combine 2 packages mix, 1/2 cup oil, 1/4 cup water and 2 eggs. Bake at 350 degrees F for 34-38 minutes (325 degrees F for 37-41 minutes for dark-coated or glass pan). High altitude (above 3500 feet): Add 1/4 cup flour to the dry mix and increase water to 3 tablespoons. Bake as directed above.
