Directions
Shake well before using sauce for shoyu chicken. Pour the entire contents into a pot, place a whole chicken (fryer up to 4 lbs). Bring to boil then simmer for 15 minutes till side is done. Then turn on the other side for another 15 minutes. If you prefer, use chicken chopped in halves or quarters, or chicken parts: drumsticks, thighs or wings and simmer for 20 minutes or until done. Keep in cool place.
