Directions

Cooking Instructions: Crock Pot: Place roast in a 2-to-4 quart slow cooker. Mix 1 cup water and seasoning packet and pour over roast. Remove vegetables from bag and evenly distribute throughout the slow cooker. Cook on low for approximately 10 - 11 hours or high for 4 - 6 hours; verify that the internal temperature of roast is 160°F. Chef's tip: Add red wine, onions, mushrooms or crumbled bacon. Cook to a minimum of 160°F internal temperature, color is not an accurate indicator of final cooked temperature. Microwave reheat only.
