Directions You Will Need: 1 Lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil, 1/2 Cup Water, 1 Pkt Fajita Seasoning Mix, 1 Medium Bell Pepper and 1 Small Onion (Thinly Sliced) 1. Cut chicken into thin strips. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir until no longer pink. 2. Stir in water and seasoning mix; add bell pepper and onion. 3. Cook uncovered over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender. Use as fajita filling. Refrigerate leftovers.
