Preparation: Using 7 pints of water or stock heat to a boil and then add 16 oz of our noodles. Bring the liquid to a boil again and then reduce the temperature to a gentle simmer for 12 - 20 minutes. Our noodles do take longer to cook than most. They are best gently simmered for preferred texture.
