Lundberg Organic Quick Wild Rice

We recommend refrigeration for extended shelf life. Cooking Instructions: 1. In a medium saucepan (3qt.) bring 2 1/3 cups of water to a boil over high heat. 2. Stir in 8oz of wild rice and cover. Reduce heat to a fast simmer (medium-low heat). 3. Cook for 25-30 minutes (Do not lift lid while cooking!). 4. Remove from heat. Let stand covered for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork, salt to taste and serve. *If the rice is too firm at the end of cooking, it may be necessary to add 1-2 Tbsp. of liquid and cook longer. **Wild rice can be prepared in a rice cooker following the same rice to water rations.
