Stove Top Instructions: We suggest rinsing the quinoa first, then add 2 cups of water to one cup of quinoa. Bring the quinoa and water to a vigorous boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer, cover and cook until the quinoa is tender but still chewy. White spiral like threads will appear around each grain. Quinoa cooks in approximately 15 minutes.
