YOU WILL NEED: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 1 ½ lb.), cut in 1” pieces 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables or peas and carrots Warm biscuits WHAT TO DO: 1. HEAT oven to 400°F. 2. PLACE chicken and vegetables into 13x9x2” baking dish. Add sauce and stir to coat. 3. BAKE, covered, 40 min. or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Let stand 5 min. Stir before serving. Serve with biscuits.
