Keep refrigerated. Cooking Instructions: Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 160°F is reached. Fry: Cook in skillet over medium heat to desired crispness. Drain on paper towels. Bake: Place separated bacon slices on rack in shallow pan. Bake about 15 minutes at 400°F. No turning necessary. Microwave: Place bacon slices between paper towels on paper plate. Cook on high power. 2 Slices: 1-1/2 - 2 min., 4 slices: 2-1/2 - 3 min.
