Thaw 24 hours before using. To Thaw: Remove package from freezer and place in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight to thaw. Allow unopened package to stand at room temperature for 2 hours before using. To Use: Remove a handful of kataifi (only work with small, confortable amounts) and loosen by gently pulling. Strands with both hands working in opposite directions. Follow recipe for exact amount. Lay it on tray spread with tips of fingers Cover kataifi with clear plastic wrap or slightly damp towel. Keep frozen.
