Directions

Traditional Atole: To prepare 1-quart (1 Litre) of atole: Brint 1-quart of milk to a boil in a saucepan. Meanwhile, dissolve 3 tablespoons of Maizena® in 1/2 cup of cold milk or water. Stir the cold mixture into the boiling milk and boil about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Atole Tradicional: Para preparar un litro de atole: Pon a hervir 1 litro de leche entera. Disuelve 3 cucharadas soperas de fecula de maiz marca Maizena® en 1/2 taza de leche entera o agua fria. Agregala a la leche cuando este hirviendo. Mueve durante 2 minutos.
