Directions

Cooking Whole Wheat Orzo: 2 qts water; 1 cup orzo; 1/2 tsp salt (optional). Bring water to a boil. Add salt, if desired. Stir in orzo. Return to a boil. Cook uncovered 8-10 minutes. Drain and serve. Yields approximately 2-1/2 cups.
