Directions
1 bundle = 1 serving. 1. Bring 1 quart of water to boil. Add udon and stir. 2. Bring water to a rapid boil, decrease heat and cook for 10 minutes. 3. Drain udon and rinse thoroughly under cold water. For cold udon (zaru udon): Serve with chilled udon dipping sauce and condiments of your choice. For hot udon (kake udon): Serve in hot udon soup and condiments of your choice.
