Cooking Directions: Ready in about 15 minutes*. Stovetop: Empty contents of this package into a medium saucepan. Add 1 1/2 cups of water. Cover saucepan and bring to a vigorous boil. Reduce heat and simmer. Cook until quinoa is tender and the white spiral threads appear around each grain, usually when all the water is absorbed. Cooks in 12-15 minutes. Remove from heat, fluff with a fork and serve. Enjoy! *Appliances vary; cooking times are approximate and may need to be adjusted. Time-saving tips! Make it a meal! Prepare quinoa blend as directed. Add a cup of cooked shrimp, diced poultry, beef, tofu or your favorite vegetables.
