DO NOT BOIL IN BAG! You will need: 1 1/4 Cups Water for Grains 1 Tbsp Olive or Vegetable Oil 1 Tbsp Cold Water for Dressing 1. Heat 1 1/4 cups water to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Pour Grains from bag into boiling water. Reduce heat to medium-low to low. Cover; simmer about 18 minutes, without stirring, until grains are tender and liquid is absorbed. 2. Stir together Dressing Mix, 1 Tbsp oil and 1 Tbsp cold water in medium bowl. Set aside. 3. Stir cooked grains into dressing. For a chilled salad, cover and refrigerate about 1 hour. For a warm salad, serve immediately. Before serving, stir in Cranberries & Almonds. Refrigerate leftovers. Tip: For a cold salad to serve immediately, rinse cooked grains under cold running water using a fine-mesh strainer until grains are cold. Drain well. Continue with steps 2 and 3.
