Directions

Hollandaise Sauce Directions: 1. Whisk together 1 cup (8 oz) milk and sauce mix and dissolve completely. 2. Add 2 tbsp of butter. 3. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over a medium-high heat. Remove from heat and serve. Chef's Note: Add a few drops of worcester and tabasco sauce. A favorite over eggs benedict, asparagus, and other vegetables, or as a sauce for lemon chicken as shown below. Salt to taste.
