Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place thawed chicken, breast side up, in a baking dish. Bake chicken 2 to 2-1/4 hours. During baking juices will have collected in bottom of baking dish, take care when removing from the oven. Chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 185 degrees F. as measured with a meat thermometer. Caution: Juices will be hot. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
