Directions

Stove top instructions: 1. In a large saucepan with tight fitting lid bring 2 cups (16 ozs.) of water to a boil. 2. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil or margarine (optional). Then 1 pkg. Vigo yellow rice dinner, stirring while boiling for 1 minute. 3. Cover saucepan tightly. Reduce heat to simmer, cook for 20-25 minutes. Serve.
