Here's How You-Make It: 1. Each pouch makes 8 oz, or 2 servings. 2. Open the pouch and put the food into your blender. 3. Blend with frequent stirring until achieving your desired consistency - see below for texture guidelines. 4. To adjust the texture, add one tablespoon at a time of water, breastmilk or formula until it's just right. 5. You can store the puree in an airtight container for up to 2 days in the refrigerator. Blend it just right for your baby! Sitter (2nd foods): Smooth; Crawler (8+ months): Thick & chunky; Toddler (12+ months): Serve diced pieces straight from pouch, or blend to your toddler's favorite texture. Keep refrigerated.
