Here's How You Make It: 1. Each pouch makes 8 oz, or 2 servings. 2. Open the pouch and put the food into your blender. 3. Blend with frequent stirring until achieving your desired consistency - see below for texture guidelines. 4. To adjust the texture, add one tablespoon at a time of water, breastmilk or formula until it's just right. 5. You can store the puree in an airtight container for up to 2 days in the refrigerator.
