Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: To Bake: For cooking large quantities of bacon, place rack in shallow baking pans and arrange slices with overlapping edges on rack. Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees F for about 15 minutes. Turning is unnecessary. To Fry: Place desired number of bacon slices in unheated frying pan. Cook slowly over heat, turning slices frequently. Remove when crisp, and immediately drain bacon on paper towel. To Microwave: Place a paper towel in bottom of a 2-quart baking dish. Separate 6 slices or bacon and lay flat in the dish. Cover the paper towel. Microwave 5-7 minutes or until done. Not preserved - keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times.
