Cooking Directions: Microwave: Place frozen, unopened bag, this side up, in microwave oven. Remove metal rack, if microwave has one. Do not pierce bag. Microwave on high 5 to 6 minutes (microwave ovens vary in power. Cook times are approximate and may need to be adjusted.). Bag will inflate during the cooking process. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes after cooking is complete. Use both hands holding bag at corners marked by red dots. Handle with care, bag will be hot. Pour contents from bag, drain, if necessary, season to taste and serve. Stovetop: Empty contents of bag into a 1 quart saucepan. Add 1/3 cup water. Cover, place on high heat and bring in a rapid boil. Stir, cover, reduce heat and simmer, until vegetables are tender, 7 to 8 minutes. Drain, season to taste and serve. For food safety, follow cooking instructions and heat to a temperature of 165 degrees F. If thawed, cook promptly. Store at 0 degrees F (-18 degrees F) or lower. Check freezer temperature with thermometer and adjust controls as needed. Fresh frozen. Keep frozen until ready to use.
