Cooking Directions: Microwave: Place frozen, unopened bag, This side up, in microwave oven. Remove metal rack, if microwave has one. Do not pierce bag. Microwave on high 6 to 8 minutes (microwave ovens vary in power. Cook times are approximate and may need to be adjusted). Bag will inflate during the cooking process. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes after cooking is complete. Use both hands holding bag at corners marked by red dots. Hand;e with care. Bag will be hot. Pour contents from bag, drain, if necessary, season to taste and serve. Stovetop: Empty contents of bag into a 1 quart saucepan. add 1/3 cup water. Cover, place on high heat and bring to a rapid boil. Stir, cover, reduce heat and simmer, until vegetables are tender, 8 to 9 minutes. Drain, season to taste and serve. For food safety, follow cooking instructions and heat to a temperature of 165 degrees F. If thawed, cook promptly. Store at 0 degrees F (-18 degrees F) or lower. Check freezer temperature with thermometer and adjust controls as needed. Keep frozen. Keep frozen until ready to use.
