Heating Instructions: Stove Top: Heat frozen shredded chicken in a nonstick skillet on medium for 5 to 7 minutes or until warm. Microwave Oven: Place 1 1/2 cup frozen shredded chicken in a circle (leave a space in the center) on a microwave - safe plate. Loosely cover. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Caution: Plate may be hot. Keep frozen.
