Directions

Keep refrigerated. Cooking directions: Saute: 1. Crumble desired amount of ground sausage into saute pan coated with cooking spray or 1/4 cup of water. 2. Over medium high heat, saute the meat for approximately 10 to 12 minutes, stirring frequently until evenly browned and no longer pink. Bake: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a baking dish or oven safe tray - crumble desired amount of ground sausage into an even layer. 3. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes with occasional stirring to cook the sausage until evenly browned and no longer pink. 4. Sausage should be thoroughly cooked to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
