Directions
Keep frozen. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F as measured by an instant-read food thermometer. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Stove-top directions: Heat 1/3 cup water to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Add vegetables. Cover; cook over medium-high heat 7 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked. Drain. Microwave directions: Important: do not microwave in bag. Pour vegetables and 2 tablespoons water into 1 1/2-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Cover; microwave on high according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time, until thoroughly cooked. Caution: hot! Uncover carefully; stir well. Drain. Microwave wattage* - time on high: 1200 - 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 minutes. 1000 - 7 1/2 to 9 minutes. 700 - 9 1/2 minutes. *Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended.
