DIRECTIONS YOU WILL NEED FOR HALF BOX if using beef 1 LB LEAN GROUND BEEF 2 1/2 CUPS HOT WATER 1 CUP MILK OR if using chicken 1 LB UNCOOKED BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS 1 TBSP BUTTER 2 1/4 CUPS HOT WATER 1 CUP MILK 1. BROWN Brown beef in 10-inch skillet; drain. Return cooked beef to skillet. 1. COOK Cut chicken into 1/2-inch pieces. Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 3 minutes, stirring often. 2. STIR Stir in hot water, milk, 1 pouch Sauce Mix and 1 pouch Rice. Heat to boiling. 3. SIMMER Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender. Refrigerate leftovers. For entire box, make as directed above--except use 5-quart saucepan or 12-inch skillet and double all ingredients.
