Directions

YOU WILL NEED: ? 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 1 1/2 lb.) ? 2 cups potatoes or sweet potatoes peeled and cut in 1/2 to 1” pieces ? 2 cups carrots peeled and cut in 1” pieces or 1 pkg. (14 oz.) your favorite frozen vegetables 1. HEAT oven to 400°F. 2. PLACE chicken into 13x9x2” baking dish. Arrange potatoes and carrots around chicken. Spread sauce evenly over chicken and vegetables. 3. BAKE 45 min. or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Let stand 5 min. Stir sauce and vegetables before serving.
