Keep refrigerated. May be frozen. Cooking Instructions: Appliances vary. Heating times approximate. Grill: 1. Remove outer packaging before cooking. 2. Preheat grill for 10 minutes on medium-high heat. 3. Place pork tender on center of grill and close grill lid. 4. Grill tender on side one 10-12 minutes. 5. Rotate tender and grill side two 10-12 minutes until tender reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (thickest part) or juices run clear. 6. Remove tender from grill. 7. Let rest for 3 minutes before slicing. Oven: 1. Remove outer packaging before cooking. 2. Preheat oven to 375°F. 3. Place pork tender in shallow roasting pan*. 4. Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes. 5. Uncover and bake for additional 5-10 minutes until tender reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (thickest part) or juices run clear. 6. Remove from oven/pan and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing. *If cooking 2 tenders space 2-3 inches apart and cook covered for 25-30 minutes then uncovered for an additional 10 minutes..
