Directions

You will need...1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced 1 carton (32 oz.) Swanson® Chicken Broth 3 cups water 1 pouch Swanson® Dry Soup Mix 1 medium carrot, peeled and sliced (about 1/2 cup) 1/2 - 1 tsp. salt (optional) To Prepare... 1. Heat the oil in a 4 - qt. saucepan over medium – high heat. Sauté the chicken until cooked through. 2. Stir in the broth, water, soup mix and carrot and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium – low and simmer for 20 min. or until the noodles are tender. Season with the salt. Top with fresh parsley, if desired.
