Directions

Shake well before using. Claude’s Traditional Fajita Recipe: 1. Shake the pour Claude’s Fajita Marinade over beef steak or your favorite cut of steak. Use 1/4 cup of marinade per pound of meat. Marinade for at least an hour, or longer for thicker cuts of beef. 2. Remove meat from marinade, reserving some of the liquid. Grill until desired doneness. Allow the steak to rest before slicing across the grain in long thin slices and set aside. 3. In a heated skillet, saute sliced onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, and small amount of reserved marinade. Cook till veggies are tender. Toss in sliced beef until thoroughly heated. Serve with warmed corn or flour tortillas. Tips: also great with shrimp, chicken, or pork.
