Directions for casa corona rolled enchiladas: 1. Heat casa corona red or green enchilada sauce in a pan wide enough to dip corn tortillas. 2. In a separate pan lightly fry corn tortillas in cooking oil, about 30 secs per side. Drain excess oil, and dip'in enchilada sauce, making sure tortillas are well coated. 3. Place dipped tortilla in casserole or baking dish. Fill with grated cheese, onions, chicken or favorite filling, and roll the filled tortilla. Repeat steps placing enchiladas side by side in dish, yields approximately 8-10 enchiladas. 4. Top with remaining enchilada sauce and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
