Frying methods: Best oils: Canola, grapeseed safflower, sunflower, peanut. Do not use olive, it will burn. Deep fry: 350 Degrees follow manufacturers instructions. Electric skillet: 350-400 Thin layer of oil 1/4"-1/2". Pan fry each side until golden (2-4 min). Pan fry on stovetop: Use heavy duty fry pan. 1/4"-1/2" Oil medium heat. Fry each side until golden (2-4 min). When removing food from pan place on plate lined with paper towel. You may season with sea salt. Fry in "batches" do not over crowd. Place fried food on baking sheet and place in 200 degree oven to keep warm. You may also use an egg wash to dredge & fry.
