Must be cooked thoroughly. Microwave Directions: Do not open, pierce, or thaw bag before cooking. 1. Gently shake bag side to side to evenly distribute contents. 2. Place one frozen, unopened bag this side up in microwave. 3. Microwave on high for recommended cooking time. Wattage ... Cooking time. 700-800 ... 5 minutes. 900-1000 ... 4 minutes. 1100-1200 ... 3 1/2 minutes. Stove Top Directions: Open package and pour frozen vegetables into a saucepan. Cover with water. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain. Microwave ovens vary in power. Cooking times are approximate. 4. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Bag will be hot. 5. Carefully remove bag from microwave. 6. Cut open package, pour, stir and enjoy! For food safety: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not refreeze. Heat to 165°F before use. Refrigerate leftovers.
