Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: For Patties: Thaw in refrigerator overnight. To form patties, slice roll into 1/2 inch slices. Place sausage slices in cold skillet, turn heat to medium or 300 degree F. Cook each side 6-7 minutes or until desired color is attained. For Crumbles: Place sausage in cold skillet on stove top. Cook on medium heat and break into desired piece size with a fork or spatula until meat is browned and thoroughly cooked. Approximately 10-15 minutes. Always cook this product to 160 degree F prior to serving. Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.
