Cooking Instructions: Microwave*. 1. Remove outside sleeve. 2. Do not puncture or vent lidding film. Let the steam vent do its job. 3. Microwave on high for 3-1/2 minutes*. While veggies are heating, you will hear the vent whistling! Leave veggies in microwave until time is complete. 4. Carefully remove from microwave and let stand for additional 1 minute. 5.
