Shake well. Protein Smoothies: 1/3 cup Bob Evans 100% liquid egg whites. 6-8 oz. of orange. pineapple or apple juice. Shake or place in blender. For a thicker shake include strawberries, bananas and/or a couple of ice cubes. Bob Evans 100% liquid egg whites are delicious scrambled, as an omelet or as a tasty protein fruit drink! They are also great for French toast, quiche, meatloaf, cakes, frostings, cookies, and batters and coting. For Recipe Purposes: 2 Tbsp = 1 Large Egg White. 1/4 Cup = 2 Large Egg Whites. 1/2 Cup = 4 Large Egg Whites. Keep refrigerated.
