Place frozen breasts in a shallow, oven-safe baking dish. 3. Heat for approximately 23-25 minutes or until heated thoroughly (all times are estimates; equipments varies in wattage and intensity of cook). 4. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. Microwave oven (2 minutes): 1. Place frozen breasts in a microwave-safe baking dish. 2. For 1 serving, heat on high for 2 minutes or until heated throughout (all times are estimates; equipment varies in wattage and intensity of cook). Turn halfway through heating time. For each additional serving, add 1 -1/2 to 2 minutes to heating time. 3. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Do not thaw. Heat from frozen. Keep frozen.
