Cooking Instructions: Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cook for 4 minutes covered flip, and continue to cook for 3 additional minutes covered or until internal temperature of 145 degrees F is reached on instant read thermometer. Remove from heat, let rest for 3 minutes. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook for 15 minutes, flip, and continue to cook for 14 additional minutes or until internal temperature of 1450 degrees F is reached on instant read thermometer. Remove from heat, let rest for 3 minutes. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
