The National Bicentennial designated farm is within the Fry Hamlet historic district (established in 1677 and on the National Historic Register). The Baileys milk 40 cows of a herd of 80 Holsteins and Jerseys, and also devote some of their acreage to producing corn used to make johnnycakes. Fat reduced from 8g to 5g.
