Directions

Directions: (1) Place sharpener on a flat, sturdy surface. (2) Select the coarse slot if blade is extremely dull. Select the fine slot if blade is already sharp and simply needs light honing. (3) Hold the AccuSharp as shown above, place the blade in the v shaped notch. Tilt the tip of the blade slightly downward and pull the blade through the slot from handle end to tip with light downward pressure. Work in one direction only, not back and forth!
