Directions

Directions for use: 1. Preheat oil in deep fryer to 365 degrees F or 1/8 inch oil in skillet-to medium high. 2. Moisten seafood with water. Shake off excess. 3. Coat with breader by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in breader on plate. 4. Deep fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Pan fry 4-6 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily. Oven-fry fish in lightly greased baking pan. Spray breaded fish lightly with oil. Bake at 425 degrees F for 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily.
