Cook time: 30 minutes. Prep time: 5 min. Serves: 4. Step 1: Drizzle a bit of olive oil in a large pan, add bacon and cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until crisp. Remove to paper towel-lined plate keeping fat in pan. Add the butter and onion to the pan, season with salt and cook until onion is soft and aromatic, about 8-10 minutes. Add the flour and cook 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently. Slowly whisk in the milk, season with salt to taste, bring to boil and reduce to simmer; cook over low heat for 8-10 minutes. Step 2: Bring a large pot of well-salted water to boil. Add the pasta and cook for 1 minute less than package instructions. Drain and set aside. Add the cheddar, fontina, parmigiano and pulverized Cheetos® Puffs White Cheddar to the milk mixture and whisk to combine. Add mustard and a few shakes of hot sauce to taste. Step 3: Stir in the bacon and pasta. Add a little more milk if the mixture seems too thick. Transfer mixture to baking dish. Tip: To pulverize place the Cheetos’s in a re-sealable plastic bag and use a rolling pin or fist until finely crushed. Step 4: Sprinkle with Cheetos® Flamin’ Hot® Chipotle Ranch and put under the broiler until super crispy and crunchy.
