Keep Frozen. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THE COOKING DIRECTIONS. BEFORE EATING, COOK THOROUGHLY TO AT LEAST 160°F AS MEASURED BY AN INSTANT-READ FOOD THERMOMETER. KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK. ADJUST COOK TIMES AND HEAT SETTINGS AS NEEDED. REFRIGERATE LEFTOVERS. STOVE-TOP DIRECTIONS: 1. Heat 1 Tablespoon Olive or Vegetable Oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully add vegetables. 2. Reduce heat to medium. Cover; cook 8 to 11 minutes, stirring frequently, until cauliflower is crisp-tender. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Important: Do not microwave in bag. Empty contents of bag into 1 1/2-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Add 2 Tablespoons Water. Cover; microwave on High according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time, until cauliflower is crisp-tender. CAUTION: HOT! Uncover carefully; stir well. Microwave Wattage* Time on HIGH 1200 6 to 6 1/2 minutes 1000 7 to 8 minutes 700 9 to 9 1/2 minutes *Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave.
