Directions

Warming Instructions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Remove ham from package and place flat side of ham on baking pan. Add 1/2 inch water and cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees F for 15-18 minutes per pound or until center of ham reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees F on a meat thermometer. Optional: Garnish with any type of warm fruit glaze (See recipe below *). Remove from heat and let ham rest 10 minutes before carving. * Apricot Glaze: In a small saucepan, combine 6 oz. can apricot nectar, 12 oz can apricot pie filling, 2-3 tbsp. ground mustard and 1/2 C. brown sugar. Also add a pinch of nutmeg and/or ground cloves if desired. Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly for approximately 5-10 minutes. Brush ham with glaze and continue baking uncovered for 15-20 minutes brushing occasionally with glaze. Keep refrigerated.
