Easy to apply: 1. Overlap each layer as you begin wrapping. 2. Avoid wrapping too tightly. 3. Secure clips to hold in place. Recommended uses: 2 inch: foot, hand, wrist, ankle, elbow. 3 inch: knee, leg, ankle, elbow. 4 inch: knee, leg, thigh, shoulder. 6 inch: leg, shoulder, back, chest. Product care: when finished cleaning, flatten wrinkles and roll up. Hand wash, cold. Do not bleach. Line dry air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softener.
