Mamma Mia! Beer Bread


 

Directions

Important: Use a metal loaf pan and preheat oven to 375 degrees. Let's get baking! 1- 8" or 9" Metal loaf pan. Cooking spray, butter or oil to grease pan. 12 oz Ice cold beer, water or soda. 2 tbs Melted butter or oil. Prepare: Spray or grease metal loaf pan. Empty contents into large bowl. Mix well with hand and create a "well". Add 12 oz beer mix well by hand. Scrape sticky dough into greased loaf pan. Top with 2 tbs melted butter or cooking oil. Bake: Place on middle rack in preheated oven (375). Bake uncovered for 40 minutes (use a timer). Take a peek and enjoy the aroma. You may now cover with foil to prevent top from burning. Continue baking another 20 minutes (1 hour total). Remove with oven mitts and dump on to a cutting board or cooling rack. Let rest approx. 15 minutes & serve. Other Suggestions: Cube bread and serve with one of our delicious dip mixes.
