Cooking Instructions: Skillet: Heat 1 tbsp. vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the beef steak tips to the pan and cook for 12-15 minutes. Stir meat and turn over continuously to ensure even cooking add another tbsp. of vegetable oil if needed during cooking. Cook until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 160°F using a meat thermometer. Remove the cooked beef steak tips from the pan and serve. Preheat a lightly oiled grill between medium high heat, 350°F - 400°F. Add steak tips to cooking surface so they do not touch. Cook 15-17 minutes, flipping at least once halfway through to ensure even cooking on all sides. Ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 160°F in the center of the largest pieces as measured by a meat thermometer. Remove from grill and serve. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 160°F as measured with a food thermometer. Appliances and product thickness may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
