Directions
1. In medium, microwave-safe bowl, stir together 1-1/2 cups water, contents of rice packet and 1 tablespoon Goya® Olive Oil, Corn Oil or butter. 2. Microwave on high power 2-1/2 minutes. Stir. Microwave until rice is tender and water is absorbed, 2-1/2 minutes more. 3. Let rice stand 2 minutes before removing from microwave. Stir and serve. Makes 2-1/4 cups.
